普吉的EVASON酒店预订问题,急!! |

各位大大,日前我在EasyClickTravel上预订了普吉的Evason Phuket and Bon Island 这家酒店。信用卡已经扣款。
为了确定预订成功,我给预订代理EasyClickTravel发了一封邮件。结果今天下午,他们给我回了信,内容如下:

I am writing with regards to your below reservation that you have made in Evason Phuket and Bon Island in Phuket. Please note that we have just been advised that this property will be closing for renovations. The renovations will continue through the duration of your stay. As no guests will be allowed to maintain their reservations at the Evason Phuket and Bon Island during this time, we would like to advise of some suitable alternatives for you in Phuket area. There are several hotels available online on our site with similar star rating and rates, such as Serenity Resort and Residences. Right now, we have placed your below reservation to soldout in order to refunded you in full. Please kindly research available alternates. New bookings can be made online once selected.
